Accessibility

LexReg, LLC wants everyone who reads our briefs, listens to our podcast or uses our site to be able to do so. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• We test public pages with automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks on desktop and mobile layouts and fix what they find.
• Text and controls are built to meet WCAG contrast minimums, pages allow zoom, and links inside brief text are underlined.
• Every podcast episode has a written counterpart: the Daily Intelligence Brief and Weekly Intelligence Digest carry the same stories in text, and every sent edition is in the archive.

Known limitations

• Podcast players and videos are hosted by third parties (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube). YouTube captions are generated automatically and may contain errors.
• Some linked source documents, such as agency PDFs, are published by others and may not meet these guidelines.
• Automated testing does not catch every barrier. We are adding keyboard-only and screen-reader reviews.
